Our company, Santosham Foods is a Private limited company formed in May 2022. Our brand vision is to serve truly Authentic South Indian cuisine at economical prices with no compromise on brand experience. Authenticity is becoming rare in today’s where fusion has gained momentum. In Mumbai, South Indian Cuisine is much loved and easily available but lacks the authentic flavours one can experience in a traditional South Indian home.

Our Head Chef and Co-Founder Bhagyalakshmi Gohokar
Tiptoeing around a busy kitchen with a heady waft of freshly brewed filter coffee and aroma of crispy medu vadais are one of my fondest childhood memories. As the youngest daughter of the founder Nagpur’s much loved South Indian Restaurant ‘Shanti Bhavan’, I had a special spot not just in my father’s heart but at
the restaurant, where I spent most of my time’ the wait staff as they carried our signature delectable sambar in mini-buckets and pour atop hot servings of idli and dosa.
While every nook and corner in Mumbai serves you the idli, dosa, vadai, sambar and chutney, there is something distinctive about a wholesome gastronomic experience that only truly authentic South Indian flavours can bring.
Sharing a truly South Indian flavourful meal experience with authenticity at its core has been a carefully preserved dream. Santosham has been a realisation of that dream. Family recipes passed down from generations.

With experience in Construction and
manufacturing, Chittaranjan is the brain behind our brand. From strategic planning to implementation, from human resources to vendor management, he can be found juggling it all with a smile on his face.
Bringing his mother, Bhagyalakshmi’s lifelong dream to reality has been his driving force.
